Wendy joined The Elliot Group in early 2017, bringing over 20 years of human resources experience in the hospitality industry.

Wendy started in the service sector on Fripp Island, SC. After graduate school, she leaned into her appreciation for talent and culture, building a career in hotel human resources. As an HR Director and then Director of Recruitment for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, she gained experience in talent acquisition, organizational development, training, and succession planning. As the lead recruiter for Four Seasons, Wendy created a pipeline of executive talent to support the company worldwide. She previously served as President of Atlanta’s local Hospitality Human Resources Association and led Four Seasons’ effort in college recruiting for over five years.

In addition to being certified as a Senior Professional in HR, Wendy holds a degree in French from Davidson College and a Masters in International Business from the University of South Carolina. An enthusiastic traveler with a passion for experiencing other cultures, Wendy is a student of the industry. She and her husband, Jay, and their two children reside in Atlanta, GA.
