Liz Stone Brewster is a human capital advisory and organizational development expert, having spent nearly 25 years in leadership roles both within the hospitality industry and as an executive search and talent acquisition consultant.

As Senior Vice President, Client Services & Success at The Elliot Group, Liz generates and strengthens collaborative alliances throughout the consumer industries and builds deep client relationships through successful executive search assignments and other advisory services that advance people and brands. Initially joining The Elliot Group as a member of the Executive Search Team, Liz has performed successful work for Board, C-Suite & Vice President assignments across all functional disciplines. She has worked in high-growth environments across private equity, franchisee operations, and founder-led organizations.

Liz’s human capital work with senior leadership teams is informed by her own previous experience leading human resources and training for Denver-based Craftworks Restaurants and Breweries, now a part of SPB Hospitality. The multi-concept restaurant operator is known for brands including Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery and Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant, among others. Prior to her work at Craftworks, Liz was Founder and President of The Tyler Group, a Chattanooga, Tenn.-based hospitality management search firm.

Liz has held several board positions, including at Habitat for Humanity, and actively serves organizations focused on affordable housing, community enrichment programs, and animal welfare and rescue. Liz resides in Rye, NY.
