Jen Bryant brings deep expertise across operations and corporate human resources to her work with The Elliot Group. Her journey in talent acquisition and human capital has been marked by consistent excellence and a profound commitment to the growth and success of the organizations she serves.

A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder, Jen started her career in restaurant operations with the emerging brand Rock Bottom Restaurants & Brewery. She then moved into corporate human resources roles with Nordstrom, Quiznos and later Frontier Airlines. When the Quiznos leadership team set their sights on growing Smashburger restaurants, she was asked to lead the Human Resources function for this fast growing, hot concept. After invaluable industry experience, and prior to joining The Elliot Group, Jen served as Vice President of Recruiting with a search firm where she found a high degree of success partnering with restaurant groups around the country. She then joined The Elliot Group in 2019.

 Jen resides in the Denver area and is The Elliot Group's state partner for the Texas Diversity Council, a regional partner with The National Diversity Council, and an advisory board member of The Elliot Group’s Leadership Institute. She sits on the board of the Colorado Restaurant Association Mile High Chapter.
