Brittnee Rock joined The Elliot Group in 2022. She brings a deep knowledge and understanding of recruitment and people operation principles that lead to the successful placement of talent within organizations and teams.
Prior to joining the team, Brittnee was the Director of Talent and Diversity at Le Pain Quotidien USA and Little Beet Brands where she led full cycle recruitment while also defining and building the hiring process for both executive and mid-management positions. Earlier, Brittnee was the Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion for Aurify Brands, parent company to Fields Good Chicken, Melt Shop, Little Beet, Little Beet Table, and franchisee of Five Guys. At Aurify, she was responsible for building, defining, and executing the organization’s DE&I strategy.
Prior to working in the hospitality industry, Brittnee started her career in the education non-profit sector helping underserved communities and students seek resources for college and after school opportunities. Additionally, she helped with the talent and learning and development function for several community-based organizations.
Brittnee graduated with a B.A. from Siena College and a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Columbia University. As a New York City resident and Bronx native, she likes to explore the new museums and eat amazing food.
