Allison joined The Elliot Group in 2021, bringing over a decade of human resources and operations experience across both high-growth and established consumer services businesses.
A New Jersey native, Allison got her career start with the venerated restaurant brand Hillstone Restaurant Group (formerly Houston's), where she spent several years in day-to-day operational management across stores in California, Texas, Georgia, and New York.
She subsequently headed up human resources and training for the David Burke Group (later Craveable Hospitality Group) in New York City, playing a leading role during its transition from chef-driven to national multi-concept restaurant group with locations that spanned fine dining to fast casual. Allison additionally led various consulting and licensing projects for the group with such lifestyle brand partners as Silverspot Cinemas, Legends Hospitality, HMS Host, and Bloomingdale's.
Most recently, Allison held a leadership role on the people and culture team at Convene, a high-growth branded corporate events and office space operator, and served as Head of People for Bond Vet, a New York-based startup operating modern, tech-enabled veterinary clinics.
Allison is a graduate of Dartmouth College and resides in New York City.
