Connie Paris, Vice President, based in New Hampshire joined Elliot Associates in 1994. Connie has a proven track record of delivering senior-level talent that makes a difference to the restaurant, retail and manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Elliot Associates, Connie had over six years of professional management experience in restaurant operations with a national restaurant chain and with an entrepreneurial casual dining concept where she was responsible for financial growth while maintaining high levels of performance around guest service, systems execution, and food safety. Connie also has prior experience in executive recruiting and qualifying top talent in the foodservice and hospitality industry. Connie has a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Tennessee, has been a Member of the Women’s Foodservice Forum and is active in her community. Connie, and her husband, Tony live north of Boston, Massachusetts.
